HUNTINGTOWN, Md. — Community Harvest Network invites the community to the 15th Annual Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the North Beach Boardwalk.
This family-friendly event features dragon boat races, live entertainment, local food and craft vendors, and activities for all ages. Proceeds from the festival support the organization’s mission to provide nutritious food to those in need throughout Southern Maryland.
They encourage the community to participate by volunteering to make the day a success or even starting their own paddling team! There is no experience required, and only good memories and bonding to gain.
“The Dragon Boat Festival has been a cornerstone event for our organization, bringing together individuals and businesses to support our cause,” said Brian Martin, CEO of Community Harvest Network. “We are thrilled to continue this tradition under our new name, which better reflects our broader impact and vision for the future.” The festival will feature various team races, including the coveted Grand Champion Trophy and the #GiveWhereYouLive Award, recognizing the team that raises the most funds for the organization.
