  1. about M. Jacksons 27 seat — is it subject to Md Senate confirmation (appointment). If a Senate seat has to be filed, it is the responsibility of the Central Committtees. I believe that district is 3 wide Calvert\ Charles\ PG. The Central Committees will consider who should go in that seat by a vacancy announcement. Anyone interested (they must be in 27) should apply with all 3 countys, which may be left out of the announcement. Yes, there is a schedule to fil it.

  2. about term limits, the term ends in 4 years …. when it ends. 1 suggestion if someone is not comfortable with saying 1 terms + thats it\ 2 terms + thats it\ 3 terms + thats it, is take a break. Say 2 terms + take a break for how long? We wouldn’t want someone well intended + responsible to have to stay out of office.

  3. Go ahead + repeat yourself after the decision has been made. Let someone serve 1 or 2 or 3 terms in a row, or not and then let them have a break for 1 or 2 or 3 terms + then let them sign up gain. Lets not be deprived of good commissioners because they’ve already served.
