On Saturday October 15th, at 8:30 am TFC M. McLean arrested Eliseo Obando, 29, of Arlington, Virginia on an open bench warrant from Montgomery County for failing to appear in court on 6/10/05 to answer to the charge of driving on a suspended out-of-state license.
Mr. Obando was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
