ODENTON, Md. — A 33-year-old man facing multiple felony sex offense charges turned himself in after deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant at his residence in Odenton, according to authorities.
On March 24, 2026, deputies with the Criminal Apprehension Team responded to Silo Ridge Court to locate Robert Joseph Eugene Couch, of Odenton, who was wanted on an active warrant. Officials said Couch was not at home when deputies arrived, but arrangements were made for him to surrender to law enforcement.
Couch is charged with multiple serious offenses, including second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor, third- and fourth-degree sex offenses, and second-degree assault. The charges stem from alleged incidents that occurred between November 26 and November 30, 2025.
Court records show Couch was initially held without bond following his arrest. However, during a bail review hearing on March 25, 2026, Judge Jennifer Alexander granted him release on recognizance.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for April 22, 2026, in Annapolis District Court.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the investigation.

Has to be a DEMOCRAT JUDGE
Charged with multiple felonies where the victim was a juvenile. Released on PR makes no sense.
It does when there is overwhelming evidence that the person accusing him is lying.
When the person is a 8year old and his daughter
It figures: he lives at Arrive Odenton South, which has deteriorated into a playground for criminals under the management of Trinity Property Consultants.
