On February 25, Cpl. K Moritz was on routine patrol in the area of Trapp Road in St. Inigoes, when he observed Walter Jerome Ford, Jr., 24 of Lexington Park.
Cpl. Moritz is familiar with Ford and knew Ford had two outstanding warrants for his arrest for failing to appear in court. Cpl. Moritz confirmed those warrants were still outstanding and arrested Ford. A search of Ford’s person incident to the arrest revealed Ford to be in possession of a clear plastic baggie containing 24 pills of suspected Ecstasy.
