Detectives from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations apprehended one of the two suspects in the shooting that occurred near Monk’s Inn, in St. Inigoes on April 13.
Marcus Eugene Proctor, 25, of Waldorf, was taken into custody by BCI Detectives who were assisted by members of Charles County Sheriff’s Office. Proctor was charged with one count of attempted First Degree Murder.
Detectives are actively searching for the second suspect, Anthony Avon Livers, 20, of Oxen Hill. Livers is known to spend a lot of time in the Waldorf area as well as other parts of Charles County. Livers is a black male with a light complexion ,5’8” tall and weighs about 150lbs.
