One charged – driving while impaired while transporting minor

Prince Frederick, MD – On March 18, 2016, Deputy T. Mohler conducted a traffic stop at Solomons Island Rd., in the area of Old Field Ln., in Prince Frederick.

Antonia Biscoe, 27 of Prince Frederick was charged with CDS: Possession-not Marijuana (Suboxone strips), driving on highway with a suspended license, driving vehicle while impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by drugs while transporting a minor, along with numerous other traffic related charges.
