MECHANICSVILLE, Md. – On November 21, 2024, at approximately 3:05 p.m., fire and rescue personnel responded to a T-bone collision on Point Lookout Road in the area of Marion Drive.
Crews arrived to find the two-vehicle collision with one occupant trapped and injured. Firefighters quickly extricated the patient and turn them over to EMS for care. Two patients were evaluated on the scene and transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment.
SMCSO traffic alert: Roadway is temporarily closed. Expect delays.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
