Before Ross returned from Florida for the summer, I decided to move his foundation to an area a little farther away from the flowers and the asparagus so it’s easier to mow the grass.
Well, as I was busy with what I am hoping is a two hour job, this guy wearing a hard hat rides up saying he’s some sort of county inspector and wanted to see my Scarecrow Moving Permit, approved site plan and blue prints. He also asked if I had “given the crows a 30 day notice in the local media concerning the impending move”. I’m thinking “who the heck is this guy…………..”
