WALDORF, Md. — A Waldorf woman is facing a drug possession charge after an officer reported finding crack pipes and a suspected rock of cocaine during a police response at a 7-Eleven in Waldorf, according to charging documents.

Heather Erin Six, 44, of Waldorf, is charged with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis, a misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a $5,000 fine.

On Nov. 23, 2025 Officer N. Crooks with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 7-Eleven at 1065 St. Ignatius Drive for a report of suspected drug possession involving a vehicle. The officer wrote that he contacted the driver of a silver Chevrolet Silverado, identified as Six.

The officer reported that Six appeared nervous, was shaking and had slurred speech. When asked if she had anything illegal on her, Six allegedly stated she had drug paraphernalia in her pocket and referred to crack pipes, the document says.

During a limited search, the officer recovered two glass pipes with burnt material and residue. After Six was handcuffed, a female officer conducted a further search and located a small white rock-like substance in Six’s back pocket, according to the filing. The officer stated that a Thermo Scientific TruNarc field test indicated the substance was cocaine.

Records indicate Six was released on her own recognizance following a bail hearing on Nov. 23. A trial is set for Feb. 3, 2026, in Charles County District Court.
