LUSBY, Md. – On March 31 at 01:06 a.m., Trooper First Class Rucker and Trooper Strong stopped a vehicle on Route 4 and Pardoe Road in Lusby for traffic violations.
Chelsea L. Boyce, 29 of Pasadena was arrested for DUI. A probable cause search revealed Clonazepam for which Boyce did not have a prescription. Additional charges for possession of CDS were issued. Boyce was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
