On March 24, around 6:39 p.m., Valley Lee VFD responded to the 44500 block of Deerfield Road in Valley Lee for a burn injury.
Firefighters arrived on the scene to find Robert Glasper suffering from second degree burns. Investigation revealed, the victim received burns to his face, chest and arms after gasoline vapors ignited while he was working on a vehicle. Glasper was flown to Washington Hospital Burn Center by MSP Helicopter.
The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
