Skyview Dr.in Lusby for a complaint that a subject was using drugs in their residence. Antonio E. Sergi, 22 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of Percocet that he did not have a prescription for and other drug paraphernalia. He was charged and incarcerated at the CalvertCountyDetentionCenter.
