At 6:30 p.m. July 10, TFC A. Rossignol initiated an investigation into a prescription fraud.
Investigation revealed that the suspect used a physician assistant’s name to order hydrocodone from an out of state pharmacy.
The pharmacy contacted the physician assistant, who advised the prescription was not authorized by her.
A criminal summons has been issued for the suspect charging him with attempting to obtain CDS by fraud. The case is open pending service of the summons.
