At 8:45 p.m. Dec. 11, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 4700 block of Hummingbird Drive in Waldorf for the report of an armed robbery.
Investigation revealed the victim, a 23-year-old Port Tobacco man, delivered a pizza to the residence and was then approached by three suspects who emerged from behind the residence.
One of the suspects brandished a knife and demanded money. The victim complied and ran. The suspects entered the victim’s vehicle and stole his wallet, which contained an undisclosed amount of money, and fled the scene.
Officers and a K9 team searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
The suspects are described as black males wearing black clothing and ski masks. The victim was not injured.
