At 9:36 a.m. Aug. 8, Trooper Shughart responded to a reported disturbance in the 26000 block of Erin Drive in Mechanicsville.
Upon arrival contact was made with the female complainant who advised a neighbor, Timothy Patrick Pumphrey, 48, of Mechanicsville was intoxicated and yelling obscenities.
Pumphrey was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
