Victoria Carol Gardiner (Age 44 of Leonardtown) was identified as a target in a prescription fraud investigation as well as a possible prescription drug distributor. Vice Narcotics Detectives arrested Suspect Gardiner after she distributed eight “Oxycodone” pills in the parking lot of a local pharmacy on May 4, 2012. Additional “Oxycodone” pills were recovered and numerous additional charges are pending.
*Court records show that she was released on her own recognizance that same day.
