Attention all makers and bakers! Are you interested in historic foodways?  Join Historic St. Mary’s City (HSMC) for this informative hands-on workshop on Saturday, November 16, from 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.   There will be discussions on food preparation, preservation, and the availability of foodstuffs in the 1600s.  During the workshop, participants will prepare a delicious dish using 17th-century cooking techniques while following a historical recipe, then have the opportunity to sample their work.
