LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The St. Mary’s County Health Department Behavioral Health Division is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for an evaluator to assist in assessing behavioral health crisis services within Southern Maryland. The Awardee will assess the need for the establishment of a behavioral health crisis center to serve Southern Maryland. The deadline for receipt of proposals is April 21, 2021.
