Charles St (Rt. 6) from Crain Hwy (Rt. 301) to Kent Ave will be shut down from approximately 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm for a “Salute to Veteran’s Parade”. In addition, Washington Ave from Cecil St to Rt. 6 & St Mary’s Ave from Queen Anne St to Rt. 6 will be shut down as well.
