A 17-year-old male from Great Mills was charged with possession of marijuana on a youth report on January 19 at noon after he was pulled over for a traffic violation by Dep. Frank Winston.
The incident occurred on Md. Route 4 southbound just past Camaleer Pass in Owings. Calvert County Dep. Frank Winston charged him and released him to a parent.
A charge of possession of marijuana is pending against a 25-year-old female passenger, also from Great Mills.
