Royal Farms To Open New Location in St. Mary's County

LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — Royal Farms, the convenience store and gas station chain known for its World-Famous Chicken, is set to open a new location in Lexington Park on March 10, 2025. The store, located at 21779 Tulagi Place, will be open 24/7, offering fresh food, fuel, and convenience items to the local community.

To celebrate the grand opening, Royal Farms will host a special, ticketed “Get Ready to ROFO” soft opening event on March 5-6, 2025. Attendees will get an exclusive preview of the store, enjoy a complimentary meal from the soft opening menu, and experience Royal Farms’ signature customer service. The new Lexington Park Royal Farms will include:

  • 16 fuel dispensers, including E-Free fuel
  • 24/7 service, ensuring access to food and fuel at any time
  • Fresh, made-to-order meals, including the chain’s signature World-Famous Chicken, sandwiches, and breakfast options

  1. It’s interesting that Royal Farms is known for their “world famous fried chicken”. I found that their chicken was average, at best, and over priced. Chaptico Market has better chicken at a lot lower price.

  2. We have too many restaurants, shops, and houses for those that are financially comfortable. The working poor and the homeless need help. We need affordable housing, homeless shelters, and things for children/teens to do, such as an arcade, skating rink, etc.
