Charlotte Hall, MD — Music fans of all ages who require a quieter concert-going experience are invited to a free sensory-friendly concert at the Charlotte Hall Public Library on Saturday from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, featuring the Grammy-nominated recording artists, Milkshake.

Milkshake calls itself a band on a mission: to create great rock music for kids. The band is led by singer Lisa Mathews and guitarist Mikel Gehl, whose songs for grown-ups have been featured in movies and prime-time television.

The event will feature a smaller crowd, lower lights, and a lower volume of music than the typical concert. Those in attendance are free to sing, dance, or enjoy the music in their own way.

Kids of all ages with sensory needs, their caregivers, and siblings are welcome. Please register all members of your party (adults and children), so the library can keep the crowd size small.

The library is located at 37600 New Market Road in Charlotte Hall. The concert will be held in the meeting room.
