MECHANICSVILLE, Md. – This morning at approximately 6:08 a.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the serious motor vehicle accident involving a dump truck with one reported trapped on Three Notch Road in the area of Commerce Park Road in Mechanicsville.
Crews arrived on the scene and found the pickup truck and dump truck in the road way. Firefighters and EMS extracted the patient by 6:21 a.m.
MEDEVAC was requested with the landing zone established at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. MSP Trooper 2 was canceled due to weather. The patient was transported by ambulance to a local trauma center.
