The video , shows a car in the intersection attempting to turn . It is smoking and already has front damage and a crumpled hood … What’s going on here , more explanation behind the video is needed ?
Well, another news source said that they caused another accident prior to this one. They are fleeing from it.
Anyone who is the perpetrator of a hit and run needs mandatory jail time of 5 years at hard labor. 2nd offense: 10 years jail time and permanent license suspension. 3rd offense: 30 years jail, no parole.
Driving without a license should require 15 years minimum jail time.
And driving tests need to be far more difficult and expensive to acquire.
Lawyer up and file a lawsuit!
Where do these people learn (supposedly) to drive? It sure seemed like there were a lot less auto accidents when most drivers were taught driver’s education in public high schools. Nowadays, STOP signs and RED traffic lights don’t appear to have any meaning. But driving with a cell phone in one hand makes drivers more aware, of something, but not the road or traffic around them.
While the video is appreciated, it’s disappointing to see it’s being taken by a school bus driver with what sounds like children on the bus.
