Valley Lee MD. March 18, 11:33 p.m.– First Responders were alerted for a Motor Vehicle Accident that was reported as a serious head-on. As they started to arrive on the scene it was determined that there were two vehicles that had indeed crashed and there were patients with life threatening injuries and immediately request a helicopter for rapid transport to a trauma center.
Units remain on the scene doing extensive cleanup, and road closure is expected for a period of time.
