On Nov. 11, Deputy Jason Maletto responded to Shopper Food Warehouse in California, for a reported theft.
Store staff observed Lloyd Owen Wenger, Jr., 63 of St. Leonard, attempting to leave the business without paying for several items to include bottles of sauce and a bag of frozen shrimp having a value of $52.56.
Lloyd Wenger Jr. was charged on a criminal citation for theft under $100 and released pending a preliminary inquiry before the District Court of Maryland.
