Sitting in Room Threatening to Shoot Gun, Arrested

On December 9, 2011, deputies responded to a report of assault

.  Investigation revealed Horace Allen Douglas, 41, of Lexington Park, Maryland, became involved in an argument with the victim.  After the argument subsided, the victim observed Douglass sitting in a room pointing a handgun at the doorway stating he was going to shoot the next person who walks by the door.  The victim fled the residence and called police.  Deputy Rogers arrived on scene and apprehended Douglas in his residence.  Douglas was charged with First Degree and Second Degree Assault.
