Off duty Deputy Lieutenant Daniel D. Alioto conducted a traffic stop in the Great Mills area on a vehicle that was operating without headlights on.
It was found that the operator of the vehicle, Felix Claudio was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated and without a license. He was arrested and the charging process was conducted by Deputy Douglas Harris.
