
SOUTHERN MARYLAND – Southern Maryland Day of Giving is a 24-hour online event that provides a simple way to connect donors to the charitable causes they care about most and encourages them to take action.
Join the Chambers of Commerce from Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s Counties to celebrate Giving Tuesday, Southern Maryland style!
All nonprofits providing services in Charles, Calvert, or St. Mary’s counties are invited to register to participate in the inaugural Southern Maryland Day of Giving. Nonprofit registration is open October 10 to November 15.

Community members and businesses in Southern Maryland are encouraged to mark their calendars and invited to participate by choosing a local nonprofit to champion for the event. Your donations and advocacy for the important work our local nonprofits are doing in Southern Maryland make a difference.
Through the inaugural Southern Maryland Day of Giving, the aim is to build and support the community by: 1. Creating an engaging way to learn about the critical issues impacting the Southern Maryland community and inspire people to give 2. Bringing new awareness to local nonprofits and donors to help the organizations that make our community strong 3. Educating the community on the positive impact Southern Maryland nonprofit organizations have on their lives.
