
LEONARDTOWN, Md. — The Town of Leonardtown is accepting applications for a limited round of FY2025 Façade Improvement Grant (FIG) funding to help business and property owners upgrade building exteriors, the town announced.
Applicants are eligible if they did not previously receive FY25 funding or if they do not have an unfinished façade project from a prior year. Projects approved under this round must be completed within six months, according to the notice.
Applications are due by Nov. 21, 2025. Program details, guidelines and the application are available on the town’s website at leonardtown.somd.com.

Not much time to develop a design and get it submitted.
I have yet to see ANY project ever get completed in the square within six months.
Set some reasonable deadlines!!!
