Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack Trooper First Class Costello stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 in Prince Frederick on September 16th at 12:09 a.m. for traffic violations.
Samantha N. Bradham, 25 of St. Leonard, was found to be driving under the influence. Bradham was also in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
She was arrested for DUI and CDS possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bradham was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
