St. Mary's College Women's Rowing Takes First At MARC Championships

WEST WINDSOR, NJ— The St. Mary’s Women’s Rowing team competed in the MARC Championships, finishing first overall and punching their ticket to the NCAA tournament. 

How it Happened:

  • The women’s first varsity 8 squad took first place in the grand finale race, crossing the finish line at the 7:17.951 mark. 
  • The women’s second varsity 8 team also earned first place in their race with a time of 7:46.535.
  • The women’s varsity four group finished in third behind Catholic and Marietta with a time of 9:30.575
