Maryland State Police in Leonardtown have arrested the following people on outstanding bench warrants:
Warrant Service – On June 11, at 1:21 p.m., John Richard Gregory, 51 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. M. Koock on an outstanding Bench Warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on June 5. The original charge was driving on a suspended license. Gregory was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
Warrant Service – On June 12, at 1:40 a.m., Robert D. McCarson, 21 of California, was arrested by TFC M. Grimes on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to follow condition of probation/unregistered shotgun. McCarson was taken into custody as a result of a search warrant on Midway Drive in Lexington Park. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
