Violation of Protective Order- On April 30, 2021, Dep. Burgess responded to the reported disturbance in the 21900 block of Rosewood Terrace in Lexington Park. Investigation determined Jonathon Jacob Resnick, age 47 of Lexington Park, violated a court order by causing damage to the victim’s property.  Resnick was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. Disorderly Conduct- On May 1, 2021, Dep. Mattera responded to the 27700 block of Mechanicsville Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported motor vehicle collision. While Dep. Mettera was conducting the investigation, Sadie Marie Newton, age 23 of Hollywood, began to yell and cause a  disturbance. Newton’s actions caused Dep. Mettera to stop the investigation and divert time and attention to Newton. Newton was advised to cease her actions, but continued to cause a disturbance. Newton was ultimately arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order, and Obstructing and Hindering an Investigation. CASE# 23388-21

Robbery- On May 3, 2021, Dep. Gardiner responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined William Andrew Krell, age 36 of Clements, removed the victim’s wallet from her purse, as the victim exited her vehicle. Krell then fled on foot into a wooded area. Krell was observed by deputies exiting the wooded area and was arrested. Krell was charged with Robbery. CASE# 23763-21

Assault- On May 3, 2021, DFC. Beyer responded to the 24300 block of Morgan Road in Hollywood, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Sadie Marie Newton, age 23 of Hollywood, assaulted the victim causing injury to the victim’s face. Newton was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Disorderly Conduct- On May 4, 2021, Dep. Myers responded to the 46300 block of Columbus Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. While conducting the investigation Latesha Michelle Thompson, age 30 of Lexington Park, began causing a disturbance. Thompson was directed to cease her behavior, however she continued to cause a disturbance, and neighbors stopped to witness her actions. Thompson was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Assault- On May 5, 2021, Dep. Snyder responded to the 20600 block of Tenby Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Asia Myra Harnden, age 23 of Lexington Park, punched one victim in the neck and pushed another victim, causing visible injury. Harnden was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 24176-21
