Disorderly Conduct- On July 1, 2021, Dep. Forbes responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disorderly individual. Contact was made with the owner of the business who advised John Andrew Wilson, age 45 of Hollywood, was causing a disturbance inside the business and then began to strike the glass windows to the business. Wilson then proceeded to lay down and block the entrance of the business not allowing customers to enter or exit the business. Wilson also called 911 repeatedly and did not have an emergency and was uncooperative with 911 dispatchers. Wilson was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Telephone Misuse, and Intoxicated Public Disturbance. CASE# 34182-21

Assault- On July 2, 2021, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 22700 block of Laurel Glen Road in California, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Kayla Christine Polievka, age 28 of California, slapped and scratched the victim during an argument, causing visible injury to the victim. Assault/Violate Protective Order- On July 2, 2021, Dep. Salas responded to the 20600 block of Tenby Drive in Park Hall, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Asia Myra Harnden, age 23 of Park Hall, kicked the victim in the back during an argument. There is an active court order preventing Harnden from assaulting the victim. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Harnden was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violate Protective Order. CASE# 34281-21

Violate Protective Order- On July 3, 2021, DFC. Fenwick responded to the 45700 block of Sayre Drive in California, for the reported violation of protective order. Upon arrival Kevin Anthony Kellis, age 34 of no fixed address, was located on the victim’s property in violation of a valid court order. Kellis was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. Assault/Reckless Endangerment- On July 4, 2021, Dep. Salas responded to the 46800 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Tracey Marie Gaskins, age 55 of Lexington Park, stabbed the victim in the chest with a knife. Gaskins was arrested with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree and Reckless Endangerment. Assault- On July 4, 2021, Dep. Kril responded to the 40400 block of Breton Beach Road in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Paul Ray Long, age 66 of Leonardtown, obtained a shotgun and struck the victim in the head with the butt of the shotgun, while the parties were arguing. Assault- On July 4, 2021, Dep. Gardiner responded to the 20500 block of Ridge Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Clifford Worth Payne, age 41 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim’s neck and strangling the victim. Visible signs of injury were observed and Payne was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. CASE# 34686-21

Assault/Violate Protective Order- On July 5, 2021, Dep. Wilson responded to the 26900 block of Holly Lane in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Samuel Lee Craddock Jr., age 46 of Mechanicsville, attempted to take the victim’s phone and then pushed the victim causing injury to the victim. Craddock also violated a valid court order stating Craddock could not threaten or abuse the victim. Craddock was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violation of Protective Order. Investigation determined Carroll Ignatius Norris Jr., age 47 of Mechanicsville, pushed the victim causing the victim to fall and sustain bruises to both arms. Illegal Possession of Ammunition/Violate Protective Order- On July 5, 2021, Dep. Forbes responded to the 21000 block of Jenna Court in Lexington Park, for the reported weapons violation. Upon arrival Dep. Forbes observed a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed. Dep. Forbes conducted a traffic stop and identified the operator to be Kevin McGlaughlin Casey, age 25 of Lexington Park. The victim advised Casey had driven by the residence numerous times, made threats, and stated Casey had a firearm in his possession. Search of the vehicle revealed a box of ammunition which Casey is prohibited from having due to being the respondent of an extreme risk protective order which prohibits Casey from possessing a firearm or ammunition. Casey was arrested and charged with Violate Extreme Risk Protective Order and Illegal Possession of Ammunition. CASE# 34827-21

Investigation determined William Joseph Kuykendall, age 35 of Lexington Park, pushed the victim to the ground, injuring the victim’s shoulder and neck. Visible injury was observed and Kuykendall was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 35234-21
