League Structure and Operations: The league uses a blind draft for player assignments, ensuring a fair and competitive environment. Only the head coaches receive a discount on registration. There are no special accommodations, such as carpooling requests or team preferences. Practice locations vary by region: North (Mechanicsville area), Central (Leonardtown/Lexington Park area), and South (Ridge/St. Mary’s City area). Head coaches may select one assistant coach’s child to be on their roster and receive a field permit, allowing for scheduling flexibility.

Practice sessions are held two to four days a week, lasting one to one and a half hours. The practice schedule is determined by the head coach, and all games take place at Fifth District Park on Saturdays. If a game is rained out, it will be rescheduled for the immediate Sunday at the same time and location. If the Sunday game is also canceled, the game will be rescheduled for the following week.
