LEONARDTOWN, Md. – Larry Wayne Elliott II, age 55 of St. Mary’s City, came through the sobriety checkpoint in the 22200 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. An odor of alcohol was emitting from Elliott, and he was ultimately determined to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Elliott was charged with Driving While Impaired by Alcohol and Consuming an Alcoholic Beverage While in the Passenger Area of a Motor Vehicle. CASE# 15983-19
