CALIFORNIA, Md. – On December 24, 2018, DFC. Steinbach responded to the 45000 block of Miramar Way in California, for the reported trespassing and theft.  Investigation determined Evelyn Virginia Dean, age 47 of Ridge, took the tags off a backpack in the Walmart store, and began filling the backpack with items.  Dean had also been served a notice not to trespass at the store in July of 2018.  Dean was arrested and charged with Theft and Trespass: Private Property.  CASE# 70009-18
