Charles County Sheriff’s Officers located license plates in Waldorf that were reported stolen on Nov. 16 from a car parked at the Park and Ride in Charlotte Hall.
On Dec. 16, the tags were recovered at the Boston Market on Crain Highway in Waldorf by an officer.
Narizsia Zanique Goldring, 20, of Waldorf, was in possession of the stolen tags. She was arrested and charged with Theft.
A Maryland State Police case was closed with arrest.
