Brandon Todd Winter (age 21: of Upper Marlboro was attending school in St. Mary’s County when he was identified as selling prescription medication. Several undercover purchases were made by St. Mary’s County Sheri’ff’s Office detectives from suspect Winters. He was indicted and subsequently arrested.
