On March 17, 2010 at 11:30 p.m., Damont Eric Barnes, 26 of Hollywood, was arrested by Tpr. N. E. Gresko on a Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation.
The original charge was Attempting to Flee and Elude a Police Officer. Barnes was taken into custody as a result of a traffic stop on Chancellors Run Road and Norris Road in Great Mills.
Barnes was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
