On Jan. 8 at 3:03 a.m., officers responded to the Waldorf Extra Mart located at 2145 Crain Highway in Waldorf, for the report of an armed robbery.
Investigation revealed the suspect entered the business, displayed a knife and demanded money; he fled on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is described as a heavy set male, about 5 foot 11 inches, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, gloves and a mask.
