LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — A silver Ford SUV crashed into the front of a T-Mobile store in Lexington Park Thursday morning, Aug. 14, 2025, shattering glass but causing no major structural damage.

The incident occurred around 11:50 a.m. at 46320 Lexington Village Way. Crews arriving at the scene found the female driver already out of the vehicle. The SUV jumped the curb and struck the glass storefront before coming to a stop just outside the building.

Firefighters determined the crash did not appear to cause significant structural damage. EMS personnel evaluated the driver, who signed a care refusal.

The crash comes just a day after a separate incident in Waldorf, when a vehicle plowed into the front of the Story Cannabis Dispensary, also causing extensive damage to its glass entrance.
