On Jan. 27, at 4:55 p.m., TFC R. Rezza responded to the 23000 block of Colton Point Road in Clements for the reported assault.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the male victim, 22 of Callaway, who advised an unknown male assaulted him by throwing an egg at him which struck him in the chest. The suspect fled to the rear of Pilkerton’s Service Station. TFC Rezza interviewed employees at Pilkerton’s Service Station and obtained enough information to assist in identifying the 15-year-old male juvenile of Clements.
On Thursday, Jan. 29, the juvenile was interviewed at his residence with his father. The juvenile was taken into custody at the Leonardtown Barrack where he was processed and charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released to his father pending further action by Juvenile Services.
