On Dec. 2, at 10:26 a.m., TFC J. A. Pilkerton initiated a traffic stop on Point Lookout Road north of Flat Iron Road in Great Mills on a black Ford Ranger for an equipment violation.
TFC Pilkerton made contact with the driver, Jordan Armando Vicente, 18 of Piney Point. While speaking with Vicente, TFC Pilkerton observed in plain view a black handgun in the vehicle. Vicente was taken into custody and arrested for a weapons violation and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
