On March 19, officers were conducting radar on Strauss Avenue in Indian Head when they observed a speeding vehicle. Officers directed the car to pull over but the driver refused and fled. Officers attempted to locate the vehicle but lost sight of it. A citizen observed the car and pointed the officers to Kenneth Court where the vehicle was located. Two occupants fled and two other occupants were apprehended. A check revealed the driver, 15, of Indian Head did not have a license and did not have permission to take the car. He was charged with speeding, fleeing and eluding, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving without a license. Officer Moore made the arrest.
