While investigating the complaint of a loud party at a home in the 4000 block of Plum Point Road in Huntingtown on July 12 at 1:12 a.m., Dep. Jason Dean observed four occupants sitting inside a vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the home.
A female inside the vehicle was observed to be inhaling a small cigarette sized “blunt” (a hollowed-out cigar then filled with marijuana). The female, later identified as Sarah Ray Ward, 18 of Owings, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and also charged on a civil citation with possession of an alcoholic beverage.
