On Jan. 10, at 09:27 p.m., Trooper First Class Dawson responded to the 7900 block of Solomons Island Road in Sunderland for a reported disorderly subject.
Thomas E. Price, 19 of Chesapeake Beach, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
