On March 21, at 10:55 a.m., Trooper First Class M. Lass responded to the 8100 block of Ebbtide Lane in Lusby for a reported assault.
The victim stated that a former boyfriend had awakened her tapping on the windows, asked her outside and then forcibly took her from the residence to another address in Chesapeake Ranch Estates. There he held her against her will for several hours, eventually taking her back to her residence.
Russell J. Wood, 19 of Lusby, was arrested and taken to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
